Stuart & Lincoln represent plaintiffs James Atwood, John M. Atwood, and
John P. White in the case of Atwood & Co. v.
Shinn & Vittum. Lincoln writes and signs a bond for costs. Lincoln
also writes a notice informing the defendants of the plaintiffs' intentions to
take the depositions of several individuals, and to use the depositions as
evidence in the case. Lincoln signs the document, "Stuart & Lincoln."
