Lincoln has two cases in U.S. Circuit Court. Gaylord, Son & Co. v. Lansing & Ostrom, in which he represents plaintiffs, is settled by agreement, plaintiffs consenting that judgment for $1,080.31 be entered against them, and defendants agreeing that execution be stayed six months. In Howland v. Peoria & Hannibal RR, Lincoln argues defendant's demurrer.
