In the Sangamon County Circuit Court, Lincoln & Herndon file an amended petition for the plaintiff in the case of Huntington v. Huttenhouser. George L. Huntington alleges that the defendant Lewis Huttenhouser owes him money for the labor he performed on Huttenhouser's property.
