Circuit Court, Judge Samuel H. Treat rules on a motion made by Lincoln &
Herndon in the case of S. C. Davis & Co. v.
Gibson. Lincoln & Herndon represent the plaintiffs who are
attempting to foreclose on the mortgage of defendant Calvin M. Gibson. Gibson
used the mortgage as security for an unpaid promissory note he had given to the
