Lincoln has three cases in Supreme Court. In Curtiss v. Gill he appears for defendant in error and confesses errors assigned. Gray v. French et al. is continued. Arguments are commenced in Phelps v. McGee, but case is continued until next day.

meeting. Lincoln is elected one of 11 managers.
