Ten Lincoln & Herndon cases are called, but only one is contested, Mills et al. v. Whitney & Taylor. Lincoln & Herndon represent plaintiff, White and Shutt defendant. After jury is sworn, evidence presented, and arguments made, plaintiffs take nonsuit.
