Lincoln & Herndon, attorneys for plaintiff, settle case in circuit court when defendant in Currier v. North American Insurance Co. confesses judgment in sum of $1,000 and costs. Second suit is dismissed on motion of plaintiff, whom they represent, and third is continued.
