Lincoln, for respondent, files answer of William B. Doolittle to
partition petition of Benjamin S. Prettyman. On behalf of his client
he asserts that estate of Ephraim L. Doolittle, which petitioner is
administering, is indebted to respondent for from $300 to $500, and
that lot he is seeking to sell is only means of payment.
