Sixteen of Lincoln & Herndon's cases are called as Sangamon Circuit Court convenes. They dismiss two, their opponents dismiss four, and one is dismissed by agreement. Motions or pleas are filed in seven other cases, and one is continued. Lincoln loses Crafton v. Dillon when court affirms decision of justice's court and enters judgment of $67 for plaintiff.
