Froman v. Pearson, attachment case involving cattle,
attorneys for plaintiff file proof of publication, and Lincoln and Benedict are
ruled to answer for defendant by April 1, 1850. Thornton and Lincoln file
defendant's answer in Redfield et ux. v.
Dewees, case involving dower right. Case is continued.
Hill v. Whitley is continued.
