Five Lincoln & Herndon cases come before Circuit Court. In one
they are awarded judgment of $90; two are dismissed; pleas are filed
in fourth. In fifth case—Lincoln &
Herndon v. Moffett—they sue for fee of $150 for
legal services. By agreement they are awarded $75 and costs.
