In Graham v. Busher, Lincoln & Herndon
lose an appeal from a justice of the peace court when the court finds for
defendant. Lincoln & Herndon represent the defendant in an assumpsit case, Branson v. Stipp. They negotiate a settlement to the case with the plaintiff's attorneys.
