Valentine v. Delany enters his
exceptions to deposition of Joseph Ormsbee. Exception is sustained and
deposition excluded, whereupon plaintiff dismisses suit. Brayman appears for
plaintiff and Logan & Lincoln for defendant. Clements asks Logan &
Lincoln to pay James Burtle out of proceeds of judgment obtained against Cloyd.
Lincoln agrees if amount is not over $10.Record;
