Lincoln have 17 cases called. Three are continued, three dismissed, and two set
for hearing tomorrow. They obtain judgment in five cases and file pleas in two
others. In Mallory v. Maxey et
al., plaintiff, their client, is ruled to show cause why he should not
give security for costs. Wm. H.
Herndon v. J. C. Crowder is dismissed at defendant's cost. Lincoln
