County Circuit Court case of Patterson v. Winkler, Lincoln writes a bond, and his
client Young E. Winkler and Winkler's surety sign the bond in court. Winkler,
who was not married to plaintiff Anne Patterson, had earlier admitted to the
court that he was the father of her child. In the bond, Winkler agrees to pay
Patterson support for the maintenance of the child.
