writ of scire facias on Lincoln to appear in the Sangamon County Circuit Court
at the next term in Van Bergen v.
Lincoln et al., and show cause why Lincoln should not be made a party to
a judgment for $204.82 and $18.42 in damages awarded April 29, 1834, against
