Friday, June 8, 1832.En route to Galena, IL. | Capt. Iles is ordered to Galena. He is to examine country for Indians and
collect information. At sundown company meets Col. Henry Dodge of Michigan Territory
(now Wisconsin) with about 100 mounted men who are en route to Atkinson's headquarters.
